Returns : We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in original condition and unused. Please contact us at email address info@pregioframe.com to start the return procedure in the event of an error on our part. (Since they are tailor-made products, if the customer makes a mistake in ordering the right measurements there will be a supplement for correcting the measurements)

Pregioframe will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our site or our products. In any case, our maximum liability will be limited to the purchase price of the products purchased.
